The essentials
RepLock is designed to work on your phone. Your streak, exercise sessions and limits are stored locally on your device.
Screen time data
Information about which apps you block and how much you use them is processed with Apple's Screen Time tools and NEVER leaves your device. We do not collect it, sell it, or have any way to see it.
Camera
If you use camera rep counting, video is processed on your device in real time. No video or images are ever stored or sent to any server.
No account
The app has no user accounts and never asks for your email. Your personal streak, session and limits history is stored locally: if you delete the app, they go with it. You can erase them beforehand from Profile → Delete my data.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase history (which product, when, and whether it is active) together with an anonymous app user identifier. This data is used only to provide your purchases, is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
Anonymous usage analytics
To understand how the app is used and improve it, the app sends anonymous product-interaction events to a database we operate on Supabase, our cloud provider. Examples: the app was opened, an onboarding step or screen was viewed, the subscription screen was shown, and a purchase was started, completed or cancelled.
Each event contains the event name and short labels (such as the selected plan or purchase step), the app version, your device language, a random identifier created when the app is installed, a per-session identifier and an anonymous Supabase sign-in that is not tied to any account. Events never include personal content, your name, email, contacts, location, advertising identifier (IDFA), video, your exercise sessions, or which apps you block and how much you use them.
We use this data only for analytics. The random ID links events from this installation, but we do not associate them with a name or email. This data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites (the app does not use ATT). Deleting the app deletes the random identifier; reinstalling it creates a new one.
